Boron (B)

Needed for protein synthesis, cell division and root development.

Monty’s micronutrients are designed to supplement traditional nutrient management programs and to assist in addressing specific micronutrient deficiencies. Each formula is designed to overcome specific plant stresses associated with nutrient uptake. By applying these foliar or soil applied micronutrients you can address deficiencies rapidly to speed recovery and reduce yield drag.

  • Moves plant sugars up and down the plant daily

  • Is essential for germination of pollen grains and growth of pollen tubes and for seed and cell wall formation

  • Forms sugar-borate complexes associated with sugar translocation and is important in protein formation

K28 Liquid Potash

Monty’s K28 Liquid Potash is a supplement for potassium deficient plants. Monty’s nearly pH balanced formula can be applied 2×2 at planting and safely added to nitrogen solutions – as well as most herbicides and fungicides for foliar application.

General Application:

Monty’s Nauxin may be applied in water, liquid fertilizers and suspensions, or with most herbicides and pesticides. Application rates and dilution factors depend on crop sensitivity, the amount of foliage to be sprayed and the application method. Monty’s recommends first taking a soil test or plant tissue test, and having a qualified lab analyze the samples to determine micronutrient levels in your soil or plant, then follow recommended applications. Application guidelines for one growing season in the absence of a soil test or plant tissue test: 1 to 2 quarts per acre.

Sulfur 15

A foliar fertilizer with 15% sulfur.

Monty’s Sulfur 15 is a 8-0-0. Sulfur activates the enzyme and hormone systems for plant growth. Sulfur 15 is easy to mix, simple to use, and readily available. Consider the advantages of adding sulfur:

  • Helps develop enzymes and vitamins in plant

  • Promotes nodulation for nitrogen fixation by legumes

  • Aids in seed production

  • Is necessary in chlorophyll formation

  • Is present in several organic compounds

Sulfur LC

Sulfur LC is a 4-0-0 foliar fertilizer with 8%. Sulfur activates the enzyme and hormone systems for plant growth. Sulfur LC is easy to mix, simple to use, and readily available. Consider the advantages of adding sulfur with humics:

  • Sulfur LC is an 8% sulfur supplement with an analysis of 4-0-0 that can be applied in-furrow or foliar applied.

  • Sulfur LC is designed for the treatment and prevention of sulfur deficiency.
